Backflip

I thought when I first started this blog I would be diligent. I’d be consistent. That hasn’t proven true yet. However I’m currently working on some sort of way to make updating the blog streamline. I know, I also need to get some pics and some  info up too.

The good news is I’ve ordered 2G of memory and they should arrive Monday. That’ll help with wait times and such. It’ll also help with editing the Lord of The Thing (movie shot by my church as a pseudo-parody of LOTR) which means I’ll be able to get back into WoW (very slowly). 

Other then being lazy I’ve been fairly busy. Just got back from a short get-away to Lake Erie with the parents and sister. That was a great time.

Funny story – my sister and I (who look very much alike) decided to head out to eat while my parents were at a play.  The Hostess asked if we wanted a booth or a table, we told her we didn’t care and she promptly said, “I’ll get a booth, it’s more romantic”.

Awkward!

This weekend was the 4th of July, a great holiday for celebrating America’s independence. Coincidentally it was also the one year anniversary of me moving out of my parents house.

It was my friend Bryan’s birthday (on the 3rd) and so me and Jordan and Scruff and Dan headed over to C-bus to visit him and Ben. After a great dinner at Schmitt’s and some fireworks we hung  out and ended up watching Batman Begins, which is an excellent movie.

Speaking of excellent movies, Serenity is surprisingly awesome. I’d recommend it to those who haven’t seen it.

Another great thing that happened this weekend was that I never once set foot in my car on Sunday. You might think I just stayed in my house, but if you did you’d be wrong! I rode to church, to my parents house, to my grandparents house (over the river and through the woods), to the pool, to La Fiesta, to the park and back home a couple times. It was great.

If only I could ride to work. I’ll have to work on that.

Welp, let’s see if this sticks. I haven’t really figured out a good way to organize posts or archive ‘em yet so I’ll be working on that in the near future (check back in about a month).

Other than that, just been chillin’ lately and hanging out at the Ohio Youth Camp Camp over in West Milton. I was gonna go tonight but I got home from work late and got super lazy, plus I had this site to work on. I know, all pretty lame excuses, ah well.

Besides that I’m excited Rachel and I started car-pooling. It feels great to not waste so much gas, cutting my expenses in half is very sweet. And I guess the company is decent (haha). Actually it’s been very nice.

Let’s see. Since it’s my first post I’m gonna try some junk to see if it works. Check out my new shoes at this link. They are super amazing and I’m happy to say they will replace all the rest of my shoes.

Hm, I’m gonna have to do something about room. Or just keep all my posts short, guess that would be easier.
